We heard you like cats. We noticed these cute little animals popping up in our timelines. Sweet! We do find it a bit awkward that you, humans, keep on guessing what these superior mamals are thinking. After years of *cough* scientific research, we developed Telekitty, the first app in the world that can read a cat’s mind. Wait what, you have cat to be kitten me right meow. No really. Telekitty is a fun app that aims to bring a new level of communication between catlovers and their favorite pet. How does it work? A catlover looks at his cat with the app, the app detects the cat (through our Cat Purrcognition™ software), scans the cat and returns the image of the cat with the cat thought on it. The catlover can decide to decorate this image with stickers and share it with his friends. That’s it. Easy as meow, two, three. Telekitty is a colaboration between illustrator Eva Mouton and HeyHey Apps, the same team that released Eva Mouton Pix in May 2015, an overall number 1 paid iphone app in Belgium and as you know, all good things in life come from Belgium; beer, chocolate and Jean-Claude Van Damme. Telekitty is free with in app purchases. The free version contains thousands of cat thoughts in a number of categories (funny, philosophical, evil, motivational, etc.) but some categories can only be obtained through in app purchases (naughty, fashionista, spiritual, weather prediction etc.). These packs that can be bought for .99 euro/dollar contain stickers to decorate your resulting image as well.
Jun 15, 2016 Version 1.1 Hey friends. We are proud to announce the first update to Telekitty. We want to make Telekitty the number 1 app for catlovers in the world, but there is work to be done. Our first update contains 3 new things. Let’s get started. We are very proud to announce our collaboration with Felines of New York, our favourite cat community. If you know Felines of New York you are familiar with the amazing cat thoughts that they write, we dare to say that felines of New York are the best Cat Thought Writers on the planet. Together with Felines of New York we have created a Telekitty pack that is now available as a free download. Why would you ever want to know what your cat is thinking if they know nothing about the weather. Ha! Solved. We hooked your cat up to a satellite and now your furry little friend knows everything about the weather on this tiny planet. Might explain why she doesn’t want to get out. The final new feature. We added achievements. By using Telekitty you will unlock new things. New colors for your cat thoughts, stickers, etc. I even heard there is a unicorn involved. Enjoy Telekitty 1.1. - After TeleKitty is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
